The World as it Should Be
As the Self-Proclaimed Ruler of the World
I declare that all sentient beings; natural, artificial, or otherwise; (persons) have the following inalienable rights:
- to be born or created equal and free in dignity and rights and to remain so
- access to all necessities for a quality life, including but not limited to: air, water, food, shelter, education, health, and health care
- freedom of person, thought, and belief
- freedom from unauthorized intrusion into their person, records, thoughts, or actions
- equal recognition and treatment under all social structures, including the law
- freedom to associate with others
- owning property, and having property rights respected
Further, I declare that all persons shall:
- act in a spirit of integrity, equity, and altruism towards each other
- recognize others equally and be recognized equally under social institutions, including laws
- be free to associate with others, including under religious constructs such as marriage
- act with integrity, express themselves honestly, and take responsibility for their actions
All persons are prohibited from:
- discriminating against others regardless of race, species, origin, belief, or any other distinction
- detaining, torturing, arbitrarily detaining, or otherwise subjecting others to degrading treatment or punishment
- deliberately infringing the rights of another, directly or indirectly
Groups, organizations, corporations, and other assemblies of multiple sentient individuals are not and shall not be treated as persons. The persons making decisions for such assemblies shall be held responsible and accountable for the actions taken by the assembly.
